Job Description:

The Researcher / Senior Researcher will be responsible for conducting research on customer challenge, creating advanced technology/solution and business model, related to carbon assessment, green financing, and carbon trading services.

• Conduct research activities and develop service ideas

• Create service design, business ecosystem, and business model

• Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) to demostrate solution value with real world application

• Conduct activities in customer engagement, requirement study and solution proposal

• Create proposal documents, presentation material, and technical report

• Collaborate with global research teams and various parties to develop and deliver solution

Job Requirements:

• Master's Degree or PhD in Service Design, Design Thinking, Business Development

• Min 3 years of relevant working experiences in service & ecosystem developmet and use case/business model creation, preferably in B2B and finance industry

• Working experience in service design and customer facing activities

• Green finance and carbon trading

• Good hands-on capability in design thinking, business strategy and marketing

• Knowledge in Carbon Accounting / Carbon Assessment

  Good Presentation and Communication Skill
