We are seeking an experienced manager to support the establishment of a central Regulatory Intelligence capability within the General Counsel Risk & Compliance function. This role will focus on supporting the development of a comprehensive framework to analyze the global regulatory landscape and identify relevant regulations, considering our diverse product portfolio and market presence.

About the role

In this opportunity as Manager Regulatory Intelligence, you will:

  • Support building the regulatory intelligence capability, defining operational processes and leading their execution.
  • Monitor and analyze emerging regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards across the globe.
  • Support the development of a system for tracking, assessing, and prioritizing regulatory changes that impact product groups and the different segments.
  • Provide actionable insights and disseminate regulatory reports to cross-functional teams to drive proactive adherence to the changing regulatory requirements, and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, advising on changes and trends.

About You

You’re a fit for the role of Manager Regulatory Intelligence, if your background includes:

  • Proven abilities utilizing, analyzing and leveraging technology and AI.
  • Proven experience in regulatory intelligence, regulatory relations, compliance, preferably in either technology or regulated industry.
  • Knowledge of global regulatory environments, particularly related to product groups and market entry.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into operational implementation.
  • Ability to implement and operationalize new capabilities at an enterprise level.
  • Ability to simplify and present complex, actionable material to business stakeholders.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Law, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is highly desirable.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), or similar certifications are advantageous.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in regulatory compliance, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply complex regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Proficiency in regulatory research, methodologies, and tools.
  • Exceptional project management skills and experience in implementing compliance programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to evaluate and utilize regulatory technology solutions and data analytics tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of integrity.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus, particularly those relevant to key markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Experience in creating and delivering training materials on regulatory topics.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, accurate work under pressure.
