Readiness Analyst

The Opportunity:

You will support the Information Warfare (IW) Community Navy Warfare Training System (NWTS) lifecycle with the objective of improving unit level readiness. You will support IW Force readiness processes and reporting using data analytics, dashboards, and visualization tools to support and improve NWTS program. You will develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.

You Have:  

  • 5+ years of experience using Navy Training Information Management System (NTIMS) and Navy Readiness Reporting System-Business Intelligence (NRRE-BI) IBM Cognos applications
  • Knowledge of DoD and DoN Readiness Reporting policies, doctrine, and tools, including DRRS-S, PFOM, or MFOM
  • Ability to use data analytics, BI, or dashboard to present the client with a visualization of readiness indicators
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:  

  • Experience using DoD and DoN data platforms to develop analytic solutions, including Advana, Jupiter, or RAVEN
  • Knowledge of unit level readiness assessment
  • Knowledge of IW disciplines ad capabilities, including Cyber, EW, CRY, Intel, or METOC 
  • Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • TS/SCI clearance

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
