Job Description

This position is responsible for handling moderate to complex inquiries, addresses various types of policies and billing inquiries from internal or external customers in an efficient, professional and accurate manner and resolving service concerns while documenting customer requests, and completing changes to policies. Service to customers may include inbound/outbound calls, incoming correspondence, other communications sources and call transfers for service transactions.

About the role  

 

Our Roadside Rescue Advisor is primarily responsible for contacting roadside assistance service providers and securing service for our customers.   

  

In this role, you work with a sense of urgency and professionalism to ensure that a roadside service provider is dispatched effectively and efficiently, avoiding any unnecessary delays in rescuing the customer and meeting their expectations. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Employ probing questions and actively listen to customer issues or questions, showing interest and compassion and displaying empathy for the caller’s situation. 

  • Resolve routine, complex, and unique questions/issues. 

  • Ensure facilitation of first call resolution and customer satisfaction 

  • Acquire service providers and provide information to enable a fast, efficient rescue 

  • Provide high level of service.  

 

Functional Skills: 

 

  • Strong empathy skills and a ‘heart’ for helping others 

  • Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)  

  • Excellent level of communication skills (both written and verbal) 

  • Excellent computer skills, including typing proficiency and multi-tasking between online applications. 

  • Flexible and adaptable to business requirements for changes needed to service the customer. 

  • Apply good use of time management skills. 

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task. 

 

 

For this position, we offer up to $ 24,000 MXN. monthly before taxes.
