Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required standards and expectations. You will also engage in problem-solving and decision-making processes to facilitate smooth project execution and delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives. - Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track. - Conduct regular team meetings to review project status and address any challenges that may arise. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Delivery Operations Control. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. - Proficient in using project management software and tools for tracking and reporting. - Ability to analyze project data and metrics to inform decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Cebu office.
