Marketing Analytics & Insights Lead | B2B Digital Marketing | Data Visualization, Performance Reporting & AI‑Driven Insights | Global Marketing Transformation
Location: Johannesburg, South Africa (Hybrid)
World Kinect is accelerating its global digital transformation.
This role is central to building our Marketing Performance & Insights capability.
You will lead end‑to‑end analytics, reporting governance, growth insights and dashboard development across our global marketing ecosystem while partnering directly with marketing, sales, digital, and data leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage enterprise marketing insights and performance dashboards in enterprise platforms.
- Partner with sector marketing leads to define data needs and identify optimization and growth opportunities.
- Serve as the analytics expert, owning lead tracking, customer engagement insights, and full‑funnel reporting.
- Translate complex data into clear insights for executive audiences.
- Lead reporting governance and standardize definitions across global teams.
- Centralize, interpret, and present multi‑channel engagement data (web, automation, paid media, ABM, social, events etc.).
- Oversee data hygiene, governance, and platform alignment across CRM, CDP, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with CRM, Web, Automation, and Paid Media leaders to ensure accurate data flow and reporting integrity.
Qualifications
- 8+ years B2B marketing experience with strong analytics exposure.
- Strong development skills in Tableau, Power BI, or similar enterprise visualization tools.
- Expertise in Snowflake CDP, Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot Data Studio, Salesforce, ABM platforms, and Alteryx.
- Experience building centralized reporting frameworks and data governance processes.
- Ability to influence global teams and communicate insights clearly.
- Strong skills in lead management, data enrichment, and customer engagement analytics.
