Our Objectives

Boeing Korea Engineering and Technology Center (BKETC) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Researcher to join our cutting-edge research team. As an Associate AI/ML Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning through innovative research, algorithm development, and the application of machine learning techniques focused on aircraft manufacturing, factory digitalization, etc. Your work will have a direct impact on developing state-of-the-art AI/ML models and systems that address real-world challenges and push the boundaries of intelligent systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence and machine learning.

• Develop algorithms for Generative, Prediction, Decision Making, and Perception.

• Implement and experiment with state-of-the-art AI/ML models and techniques.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to set objectives, define methods, and deliver impact.

 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.

·        Solid understanding of machine learning, data science, and data engineering fundamentals.

• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills: formulate research questions, design experiments, interpret results.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor with 2 years’ related work experience or Master degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Statistics.

• Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art models (e.g., generative AI, computer vision, NLP, time series).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and GPU/accelerator-based training.

• Experience with end-to-end ML workflows (data pipelines, training, evaluation, deployment/MLOps).

Job Responsibilities:

• 인공지능/머신러닝 분야의 최첨단 연구를 수행합니다.
• 생성 모델링, 예측, 의사결정, 지각(Perception)을 위한 알고리즘을 개발합니다.
• 최신 AI/ML 모델과 기법을 구현·실험합니다.
• 부서 간 협업을 통해 목표를 설정하고 방법을 정의하며, 임팩트를 창출합니다.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 공학, 컴퓨터공학, 수학 또는 통계학 학사 학위
• 머신러닝, 데이터 사이언스, 데이터 엔지니어링에 대한 탄탄한 이해
• Python 숙련도 및 ML 프레임워크(TensorFlow, PyTorch 등) 활용 경험
• 연구 질문 도출, 실험 설계, 결과 해석 등 강한 분석·문제 해결 능력
• 우수한 커뮤니케이션(구두·문서) 능력

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 관련 경력 2년 이상 학사 또는 석사 학위(공학, 컴퓨터공학, 수학, 통계학)
• 최신 모델(예: 생성형 AI, 컴퓨터 비전, NLP, 시계열) 실무 경험
• 클라우드 플랫폼 및 GPU/가속기 기반 학습에 대한 이해
• 엔드투엔드 ML 워크플로우(데이터 파이프라인, 학습, 평가, 배포/MLOps)
