Role Summary

Based in HYD, the HR Analyst will be responsible for providing and enhancing day-to-day HR administrative support for the HYD office. This is a broad analyst role that requires high attention to detail, excellent co-ordination skills, and a proactive, client-focused mindset to provide support that covers end-to-end the employee lifecycle processes and operations. A core member of the HYD HR team, this role will collaborate with other HR colleagues in HYD, the business and external partners, to enable smooth delivery of HR services in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding

  • Facilitate the on-boarding process by collaborating with other areas of the business (e.g. Corporate Services and IT) on induction on-boarding to ensure smooth on-boarding experience for new joiners.
  • Coordinate onboarding sessions for new joiners.
  • Ensure that the probation process is completed for employees
  • Manage the 30:60:90 employee feedback.

Talent Management & Development

  • Coordinate training programs, development and coaching interventions.
  • Coordinate POSH training sessions with IC members and employees.

Compliance & Governance

  • Work with local legal compliance vendors and payroll teams to ensure compliance with applicable labor laws.
  • Ensure policies are updated and relevant and available on the intranet.

HR Reports

  • Leverage Workday and analytics tools to monitor key HR metrics (e.g., attrition, time-to-hire).
  • Ensure the monthly dashboard is created and circulated.

Separation

  • Track resignations, conduct exit interviews (for junior roles).
  • Provide Payroll inputs to Payroll team.
  • Manage Absconding process.
  • Manage the separation tracker, ensure clearances and communication to various teams.

               

Qualifications & Experience

  • 6-8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in financial services or investment firms.
  • Exposure to or understanding of HR practices, employment law, HR systems, and data analytics in India market.  
  • Familiarity with Workday is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • MBA or Master’s in HR / Organizational Psychology preferred.
