Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
Must have skills : PostgreSQL
Good to have skills : Microsoft SQL Server, IBM DB2 Database Administration

Must have Skills : PostgreSQL, SSI: NON SSI: Good to Have Skills :SSI: Microsoft SQL Server, IBM DB2 Database Administration NON SSI : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1Respond to user/client escalations and engage functional escalation and Management escalation as required2 Manage requests incidents on ITSM tool3 Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and handover to customer4 Prompt handling of all /incidents/problems/SRs in order to minimize the impact of incidents upon client end service quality5 Required for easy transition into role and join on-call group which is high priority6 Consequently identifies opportunities to improve operations Technical Experience : 1 Good knowledge on MySQL, DB2, Microsoft Azure Databases Infrastructure, PostgreSQL Administration,MongoDB Administration etc 2 Database Backup and Recovery 3 Optimizing data warehouse, lake and other storage 4 Hands on experience on Microsoft SQL Server Database servers and Oracle DB servers 5 Good knowledge on Specialised Data Handling and Implementing data policies, procedures, standards and Capacity planning Professional Attributes : Good communication skill, Leadership skills, team handling skills, team building, analytical skills and good presentation skills and ability to work independently Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree Additional Info : Willing to work in 24/7 support rotational shifts
