Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support field sales operations and drive performance improvements across the sales pipeline. The role involves close collaboration with Field Level Sales (FLS) teams, managing SFDC (Salesforce) data, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Field Sales (FLS) teams on ground to drive execution and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage sales pipeline using Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and performance matrices to identify gaps and improvement areas.
  • Support sales teams in achieving targets through insights, reporting, and regular performance reviews.
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes, data hygiene, and reporting standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) and sales pipeline management.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to monitor and interpret performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and field teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
