*Core HR functional resource required* Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, designing and developing application solutions, and ensuring the quality and performance of the applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements. - Design and develop application solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Ensure the successful implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Perform unit testing and debugging of applications. - Ensure the quality and performance of the applications. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing applications using Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR modules and functionalities. - Experience with data migration and integration using Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware. - Experience with Oracle Database and SQL. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
