Summary:

KBRA Holdings, LLC is seeking an experienced desktop publisher (DTP) to join our growing Electronic Publishing (EP) department as a Coordinator. The department’s goal is to efficiently and accurately publish all research, rating reports, press releases, and other relevant materials to the company website. The Coordinator will work closely with team members to convert Word documents into our proprietary publishing platform and format charts in Excel while enforcing high standards of brand consistency and integrity. The EP team thrives on maintaining KBRA’s timely, transparent, and accurate mission when publishing companywide materials. Every team member plays an integral role in the overall success of the company. This role is based in the Dresher office with 3 days in the office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Convert and format rating and research reports from Word into our proprietary Swing Publishing Platform, adhering to company branding specifications and guidelines
  • Format charts, tables, and figures, adhering to company branding specifications and guidelines
  • Perform all tasks with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Communicate timelines, status of publishing, and department processes to analytical teams
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced environment through all phases of publishing
  • Provide timely customer support of our publishing platform
  • User Acceptance Testing of new features in our publishing platform
  • Assist with maintenance of KBRA website by posting featured content
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve document or file issues
  • Assist with quality control checking and proofreading of documents
  • Assist with publishing support as needed

Successful candidates will possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree required and a proven track record of relevant experience working under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
  • 1-3 years experience working as a desktop publisher, presentation specialist, or word processor in financial institutions or similarly regulated environments is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow established styles and processes.
  • Must be committed to exceptional customer service.
  • Required proficiency in Word and Excel (formatting page layout, text, charts, tables, etc.).
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate competing work demands and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a challenging and dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work outside of typical office hours, if needed.
  • Background knowledge of credit ratings, bond markets, and/or debt securitization is desirable.
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems and Publishing Platforms (like EidosMedia’s Méthode, Prime or Swing) is a plus.

Salary Range:

The anticipated annual base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 to $70,000. Offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience, skills and other job-related factors.
