About this role:

Wells Fargo’s Small & Business Banking Product Lending Team is hiring two Product Pricing Senior Leads.  Product Lending manages the suite of Small & Business Banking lending products: Business Line of Credit, Business Real Estate Financing (BREF), Asset Secured Lending, Practice Finance Term Lending and SBA Advantage Line of Credit as well as the Payment Protection Program product. 

The Product Pricing Senior Lead is responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and market competitiveness through strategic pricing, portfolio management and risk optimization.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop pricing strategies and refine pricing models/frameworks for small business loan products to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

  • Analyze performance data including loss rates, unit economics, and conversion rates to optimize pricing strategies across segments, channels and risk tiers.

  • Partner with Product, Risk, Finance, Sales and Marketing to align pricing strategies with product design, underwriting criteria and go-to-market plans.

  • Monitor competitor pricing, market dynamics, and regulatory trends to ensure products remain competitive and compliant.

  • Present pricing recommendations and insights to executive leadership, supporting strategic planning and portfolio management.

  • Support forecasting efforts by modeling revenue and margin impact from pricing changes across different outcome scenarios.

  • Develop price tests and reporting tools to enable quick identification and response to pricing opportunities.

Required Qualifications:  

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, financial modeling or credit risk – preferably in small business lending or consumer lending

  • Strong analytical and modeling skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or Python or R

  • Deep understanding of loan pricing drivers including risk, cost of capital, acquisition cost and lifetime value

  • Strong business acumen and communication skills; proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$139,000.00 - $239,000.00
