Based in Brisbane, we are a diverse and high-performing team of Analysts, Account Managers and Associates, and we support a team of experienced Relationship Executives whose portfolios consist of clients towards the "top end of town", typically with turnovers between $30M and $150M.

Our team provides debt facilities from $10M to $50M, delivering on various financial requirements, including cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management and investment advice. We support a diverse client base, providing an opportunity to gain exposure in a broad range of sectors.

Do Work That Matters:

The Analyst role is central to relationship management, and you will collaborate closely with colleagues, senior leadership, and clients, offering valuable solutions. You will analyse clients and industries, model data, and assess risk.

More Specifically, You Will:

• Assess creditworthiness, oversee applications, conduct due diligence, and model financial risk.

• Prioritise quality, credit management, portfolio monitoring, revenue growth, and loss minimisation.

• Support business bankers to align client needs, enhance service, and strategize product offerings.

• Maintain data integrity, ensure compliance, and analyse client data.

• Research new prospects, manage credit submissions, and conduct annual reviews promptly. 

We want to hear from you if you have:

• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills with commercial insight across diverse sectors.

• Adaptable, both independent and a collaborator.

• The ability to quickly gain an understanding of complex transactions, prioritise risk, compliance, and credit assurance.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.

• Ideally, a Business/Commerce degree with financial accounting or insolvency experience.
