Hurwitz Wealth Advisors, a fast-growing independent wealth management firm serving individuals, families, and their businesses for over 20 years, is currently seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing and ever evolving team in our Bethesda location.

At this time, we are seeking a talented individual who will step into an instrumental role by providing client relationship support by deepening existing client relationships and providing exceptional service with proactive communication.

It is essential that this candidate have an interest in career development within our practice and the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients or prospects to set up meetings

  • Prepare agendas and forms for meetings

  • Coordinate client appreciation events for the practice

  • Answer questions and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts

  • Effectively use key tools (social media, Advisor website, etc.) that help lead to results in practice

  • Attend and participate in client meetings if necessary

  • Conduct transaction requests as directed by financial advisor(s) and associate financial advisor(s)

  • Perform other allowable duties as assigned by the financial advisor

  • Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow

Education and other requirements:

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science in Business/Finance degree or higher

  • Desire to study for and pass exams for federal and state licenses and registrations for securities, including Series 7, Series 66, and State life, accident and health insurances license.

Compensation

  • Negotiable, depending on experience

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $50 to 60k / year depending on experience.
