$45/hr or $93,600 total comp

*This role requires a hybrid schedule and can either be based in our Fort Mill, SC Headquarters or our NYC Office (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week.

We are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to join our Distribution Platform team. The Distribution Platform enables end-to-end capabilities for creating, distributing, and tracking monetization experiences across multiple industries (Financial Services, Broadband, Energy, Health, Tech and Retail). Our team is responsible for building the underlying technology and applying it to strategic business opportunities. 

In this role, you will lead a team of product managers owning various integrations of Distribution Platform tech and be responsible for day to day strategy and operations for our biggest vertical, Financial Services. This role provides the unique opportunity to own product life cycles, establish strategy, set roadmaps, and drive adoption. What You'll Do:

  • Influence and collaborate with business teams on strategy, implementation and plan for use of technology aligned with business direction
  • Manage a team of 2-3 product managers/analysts. Align against the right objectives, delegate responsibilities, assist with day to day operations and develop talent through coaching
  • Provide analytical support to the product team in terms of opportunity sizing, test analysis, and reporting
  • Operate as a hands-on power user of our core capabilities
  • Translate high-level business objectives into detailed technical deliverables and manage projects to completion through your engineering and design team
  • Own relationships with publishers and publisher teams, acting as a point of contact for problems and champion for needs
  • Pioneer the charge in building roadmaps, prioritizing the highest value work and managing talent to deliver impact on time
  • Be involved in prioritization decisions, provide perspective and expertise on what we should work on, when, and why

Who You Are:

  • You have a solid analytical foundation that enables you to extract insights from data, tell a compelling story, and use data to influence decisions
  • You have a technical foundation and can understand how technical products are built.
  • You can gauge feasibility of new ideas
  • You are results-oriented and act with urgency. You can guide a team to focus on the activities that will drive the largest lift to targeted metrics

What We're Looking For:

  • Demonstrated ability to guide outcomes and behavior changes through analytical capabilities
  • Experience managing a team
  • Experience in data-related programming languages or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, SQL)
  • Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate recommendations to leadership
  • Experience working cross-functionally and balancing the needs of various stakeholder groups

Compensation

  • USA Compensation Range: $100,000 $140,000*
    • New York City Compensation Range: $100,000 - $185,000*
      *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
