We're on the lookout for motivated, responsible, and safety-conscious individuals to ensure our passengers' comfort and safety soar to new heights on every flight.

Ground School: Get ready to kickstart your dream career with Airnorth by attending our comprehensive Cabin Crew Ground School, which spans up to 4 weeks, our expert trainers will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in your role.

Sign-on Bonus: Receive a sign-on bonus upon commencement of employment, as our way of welcoming you to the Airnorth family.

What do we need from you? 

  • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
  • A valid Passport, with a minimum of 12 months validity
  • Are an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident 
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage including Tetum)
  • Meet the height requirements; between 155cms and 183cms
  • Current First Aid  Certificate including CPR from a recognised Australian provider 
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
  • 1 year experience in Customer Service or Hospitality 
  • The ability to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), which involves a police check
  • Undertake a pre-employment medical 
  • Ability to swim 50 metres unaided
  • Can work a flexible roster 24/7 (includes weekends, public holidays and peak periods) and have reliable transportation.
