JOB DESCRIPTION:

Primary Job Function:

  • 负责大区经销商的统筹管理,制定业务策略并确保团队业务目标达成,整合业务机会,统筹项目管理。
  • 加强跨部门沟通与协作,确保商务流程顺畅高效,推动团队工作的有效执行。

带领并辅导团队提升业务能力及整体运营效能。

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • 制定大区商务策略,确保团队达成各项商务指标及日常工作管理
  • 负责大区销售渠道的效能管理
  • 负责大区经销商的统筹管理,负责项目整体规划
  • 收集跟进市场动态、政策法规变化等,提供解决方案及合理建议
  • 协助处理区域内突发事件等问题
  • 大区业务报表的汇总、分析及反馈
  • 协同推进大区招标项目的开展
  • 与跨部门沟通协作
  • 遵守法律法规、财务、合规等相关规定,确保团队行为符合法律法规及公司政策的要求
  • 协助处理质量问题与不良事件
  • 管理和辅导团队
  • 岗位相关的其他工作

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities:

Direct Reports:   4-5  

Minimum Education:

大学本科及以上,药学、市场营销、工商管理学专业优先

Minimum Experience/Training Required:

  • 行业经验:至少5年医药行业工作经验
  • 岗位经验:3年以上区域销售和团队管理经验
  • 电脑能力:办公室相关软件应用,熟练运用Excel和PowerPoint进行数据分析和报告
