Position Summary...

Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) is a critical strategic driver of Walmart eCommerce growth - joining this team means candidates have an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the Walmart business. We work directly with sellers to help them grow their business by offering unique, desirable assortment at the price and fulfillment speed customers demand.

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our WFS team as a Director of Marketplace Strategic Initiatives! In this role, you will develop the strategy for initiatives that impact all WFS seller management teams, including incentives, inventory management and actions, executive escalations, seller management excellence, and seller retention. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the team defining and executing these strategies and optimizing the performance of the seller management organization.

  • Lead and manage a team of people managers and individual contributors.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team, enabling them to achieve their goals and exceed expectations.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes excellence, accountability, and a focus on growth strategies.
  • Develop and execute high-growth tactics to accelerate revenue growth and maximize the potential of assigned categories.
  • Work closely with peers to align expectations and establish consistent goal-setting structures for account managers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts in driving account growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentoring to associates, helping them enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00 - $264,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848 | Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
