In this role, you will partner with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders to develop transformation strategies, design future-state operating models, and lead large-scale change initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.

Shape and deliver enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives.
Define transformation roadmaps aligned to strategic business objectives.
Lead operating model redesign, process transformation, and organizational improvement programs.
Drive value realization and ensure transformation benefits are achieved.
Build trusted relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders.
Facilitate strategic workshops and executive planning sessions.
Influence key business decisions and transformation priorities.
Present transformation progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
Establish governance structures and delivery frameworks.
Manage program risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Align business, technology, operations, and change teams towards common objectives.
Ensure successful execution across multiple workstreams.
Drive stakeholder engagement and transformation adoption.
Develop change management and workforce transition strategies.
Support organizational capability uplift and future workforce readiness.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Support new business opportunities and strategic pursuits.
Contribute to solution development, proposals, and client presentations.
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and create additional value.
