In this role, a typical day will include:

• Aligns with the Talent & Culture Partner to execute enterprise level initiatives. 

• Delivers Alcon’s core HR services and people processes (e.g. OTR, PMP), and ensures an optimal associate experience 

• Drives business success by coaching and advising teams on associate experience initiatives, such as Associate Experience Dashboard, Recognition programs, etc. 

• Ensures timely execution of all people-related processes​ 

• Implements global, regional or local HR programs 

• Coaches business leaders and associates on all HR-related topics (e.g. change management, talent management, employee relations, career development, etc.) 

• Accountable for driving high-quality, diverse local talent bench, through selection process, equitable compensation practices and adequate talent development 

• Support diagnostic intervention and problem resolution strategies to contribute HR point of view to business issues​ 

• Utilize workforce analytics and insights to improve people and workforce management. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

- Education (minimum/desirable): Bachelor Degree/ Master’s Degree

- Experience as HR business partner or HR generalist

- Minimum 3 years experience in HR, working in an international organization

- Experience in a matrix organization would be beneficial

- Able to set priorities and be independent, working in an autonomous way

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Ability to communicate effectively with the leadership team and people managers

- Good IT skills

- Working knowledge on Greek labor legislation

- Language - Greek and English fluent level
