The CRM Tech team is at the heart of our Sales and Go-to-Market transformations. As key contributors to driving business growth, the team designs, develops, and maintains a range of critical sales technologies, with Salesforce at the core. We are focused on optimizing and integrating systems that empower sales teams, streamline processes, and enhance customer engagement. This role can be based out of our Palo Alto office or remotely in the United States.

Position Expectations

  • Develop and maintain the Salesforce governance playbook, defining an end-state vision for the platform to ensure sustainable growth and compliance.
  • Mentor and train the team, creating a clear execution roadmap to design and implement features that ensure the platform's long-term scalability and success
  • Manage the Lead-to-Opportunity process and oversee integration architecture between Salesforce, Marketing platforms, and third-party applications
  • Leverage deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, with a focus on Account and Territory Management, Quota Planning, and Territory Planning
  • lead a customer support team, driving stakeholder satisfaction and enhancing product quality through proactive issue resolution
  • Provide technical leadership, fostering trust and delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes for stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Engineering Managers, cultivating a collaborative, motivated, and high-performance work environment
  • Define and implement measurable success criteria for product capabilities, ensuring these metrics are transparent and accessible to all stakeholders

Qualifications

  • A seasoned domain expert with a strong customer focus, capable of leading Core Salesforce Platform, Top of the Funnel and Salesforce Integration framwork in a fast-paced collaborative environment. Possesses at least 10 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Previous experience working in a SaaS company with recurring revenue models, and exposure to Consumption-based revenue models
  • Demonstrates the ability to interact professionally and effectively with diverse functional and technical teams, as well as business leaders
  • Exhibits strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, along with technical acumen and excellent communication abilities, capable of clearly articulating complex ideas
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in implementing Agile practices

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings.
