Buscamos un(a) FX Salesperson altamente motivado(a) para integrarse a la Mesa de FX dentro del área de Mercados, con un enfoque principal en la originación, asesoría y ejecución de operaciones de FX para clientes del segmento empresarial. Este rol es fundamental para fortalecer el posicionamiento del banco en el mercado cambiario, mediante la construcción de relaciones comerciales sólidas, la identificación de oportunidades estratégicas y la generación de valor para los clientes a través de soluciones cambiarias ágiles, precisas y alineadas a sus necesidades.
El(la) candidato(a) ideal posee un perfil eminentemente comercial, con capacidad demostrada para atraer y desarrollar clientes, gestionar flujos diarios de operación y asesorar en momentos clave del mercado. Esperamos una persona con sólido entendimiento del mercado FX, habilidades analíticas para interpretar condiciones globales, disciplina operativa, altos estándares de gestión de riesgos y cumplimiento, así como la habilidad de trabajar de manera efectiva con áreas internas como trading, riesgo, crédito, onboarding y compliance.
Buscamos a alguien con una mentalidad orientada a resultados, que combine proactividad, pensamiento crítico, integridad profesional, habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y la capacidad de generar confianza con clientes corporativos. Es deseable que cuente con experiencia adicional en la comercialización de coberturas vanillas y estrategias básicas. Asimismo, valoramos personas que disfruten de entornos dinámicos, con curiosidad intelectual por los mercados, enfoque de largo plazo en la relación con el cliente y una fuerte vocación por construir una carrera dentro de Mercados Financieros.
