The Opportunity

This position works out of our Kansas City, MO or Richmond, VA location in the Toxicology Division, servicing Abbott’s Workplace Solutions Business Unit. Workplace Solutions works with Abbott’s contracted partners, delivering Occupational Health software solutions.  

As an Implementation Consultant I, you’ll have the chance to specialize in implementing, onboarding and training Workplace Solutions clinic partners with Abbott’s occupational health software, eScreen123. You will be the subject matter expert on eScreen products, services and software, training and consulting our clinic partners on best practices. You will work with a team on clinic implementation projects.

What You’ll Work On

  • Ensure industry best practices

  • Actively promote software quality

  • Continuously improve quality processes and standards

  • Solve organization problems 

  • Assist implementations for new customers

  • Assist implementations of new products for existing customers

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience implementing software solutions or being a subject matter expert on eScreen products and services

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing software solutions.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

  • Experienced in presenting and training clients on software solutions.

  • Experience managing projects and change within an organization.

The base pay for this position is

$19.60 – $39.20/hour

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
