Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related matters. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Ensure the successful implementation of applications within the specified timeline and budget. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the application development process. - Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices. - Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. - Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - - Strong understanding of SAP EWM functionalities and configuration. - - Experience in designing and implementing SAP EWM solutions. - - Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules. - - Familiarity with SAP EWM best practices and industry standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP EWM. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years of full-time education is required.
