Salesforce Inc. seeks Engineer, Endpoint Protection in Bellevue, WA:

Job Duties: Troubleshoot, operate, install and configure endpoint security solutions (e.g. Antivirus, Application Whitelisting, EDR, Host Intrusion Prevention and Firewall, Advance Malware Solutions etc.). Write custom scripts using Python to introduce automation and reduce need for human intervention. Work with system engineers and customers to understand and implement continuous improvement processes, automation, system upgrades, rollouts and solve complex issues. Coordinate, deploy, and monitor various security tools on all Salesforce endpoints and achieve 100% security coverage. Audit system resources and take necessary actions. Schedule, test and implement enhancements or new releases of the endpoint security stack. Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols. Configure endpoint managers and consoles to ensure smooth operations. ^Above address additionally encompasses the following Salesforce locations in the Seattle area: 744 N. 34th St. Seattle, WA 98103, 701 N. 34th St., Seattle, WA 98103, and 929 108th Ave, Bellevue, WA 98004. The permanent position may be offered at any of these locations in the Seattle area.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Cybersecurity, or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related field

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field), Cybersecurity).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Identity and access management; (2) Cloud security; (3) Building dashboards and reports to monitor security/vulnerability related events; (4) Vulnerability management; (5) Monitoring and managing application firewalls; (6) Access control and firewalls; (7) AWS; and (8) Identifying vulnerabilities 

Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. 

Salary: $114,200.00 - $172,800.00 per annum.
