About the Role
Process Minor Claims cases for AIA Singapore policy as per stipulated requirements and benchmarksProcess minor (inpatient and outpatient) claims cases to meet department requirements & benchmarks.
Ensure that targets are met for department Turnaround Time, Quality and Productivity, in line with KPI goals
Performs other tasks periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
Correspond and reply via email to Hospitals or other relevant parties on any enquiry related to Minor Claims processing
