ZEISS, a leading supplier of optical and optoelectronic technologies, is bundling units outside the divisions in the Photonics & Optics strategic business unit that offer customers a wide range of technologies in highly specialized markets around the world: mobile imaging including photo, hunting & nature, cinematography, microoptics, spectroscopy, planetariums and simulation projection solution.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager (m/f/x) to advance our brand and values within the hunting community.

Your role

The Marketing Manager (m/f/x) Hunting is responsible for executing high-quality marketing initiatives for hunting and outdoor products, ensuring brand consistency and market relevance globally and regionally.

  • Lead the development process for marketing assets, ensuring brand integrity and consistency, and manage timelines, feedback, and approvals.

  • Collaborate with agencies to create on-brand communication assets and develop localized versions of global assets, along with sales enablement tools and product education materials.

  • Plan and execute strategies for new product launches, coordinate with various teams for global alignment, and assist with market research and competitive analysis.

  • Ensure consistent brand execution, support performance tracking, and manage marketing budgets for projects and segments.

  • Work cross-functionally with various teams, support collaborations with influencers, and participate in sales meetings and training programs to drive authentic storytelling and product adoption.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).

  • Several years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or campaign execution roles.

  • Proven experience managing marketing projects from concept to execution, including timelines and budgets.

  • Excellent attention to detail with a structured, organized, and results-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.

  • Experience with product launches and go-to-market execution.

  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, platforms, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.

  • Foundational analytical skills, including performance tracking and reporting.

  • Familiarity with the outdoor, hunting, optics, or related enthusiast-driven industries.

  • Willingness to travel as required.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
