Position Summary:

  • Supports and monitors centralized shared service team in Budapest on AP accounting, T&E and General Ledger entries

  • Approval of AP invoices through Concur app

  • Monitoring of AP and travel expenses payments

  • SII reporting of incoming invoices

  • Support the VAT and Intrastat reports prepared by the tax teams

  • Fleet management/fleet related reports

  • Provide support for system implementations, integration activities and new initiatives. Perform system/process testing as requested.

  • Provide support for external and internal audits

  • Document control and archive

  • Contact with public administrations

  • Resolution of possible incidents

  • Support month-end and year-end close process

Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Graduating/Graduated in Accounting, Administration or Economics

  • Bachelors-/Masters Degree with minimum 2 years of related experience

  • Accounting experience essential

  • Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software

  • Proficient English & Spanish language skills (business level)

  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
