Job description:

  • Provide expert support for the following - CyberArk, Active Directory, Federation Solution, PKI, Radius, and Multi-factor Authentication.
  • Optimization of tools used by Administrators to manage DI services (CyberArk, AD, RBAC, PKI, Radius, Federation, Multi-factor Authentication)
  • Monitor logs and events for Windows, UNIX, and User identity management platforms to provide views of misuse or malicious activities.
  • Responsible for privileged User account administration of various Windows and UNIX accounts using CyberArk components.
  • Integrating various platforms with CyberArk, such as Windows servers, UNIX servers, Databases, networking Devices, and cloud applications
  • Perform health check monitoring on all CyberArk servers to ensure consistent availability of the system to end users.
  • Designing, Creating, and Managing Safes, platforms, and Owners.
  • CPM policies management or redistribution.
  • Develop, update, and upgrade Digital Identity services
  • Ensure availability and integrity of information in different systems
  • Support the maintenance and evolution of Digital Identity solutions: CyberArk, AD, PKI, Radius, Federation, and Multi-factor Authentication (Functional Specification, Technical, Upgrades)
  • Assist application owners and experts to connect their systems to our solutions
  • Define and set optimized and efficient IT process
  • Ensure the compliance of the IT process (KPI and Reporting)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with our services (support and assistance)

Requirements:

  • 3 years or more experience in operations, deployment & implementation of Privileged Identity Management using CyberArk solutions for large-scale customers across various industry verticals
  • Hands-on experience with CyberArk 10. x, and above
  • CyberArk Certification (Defender/ Sentry)
  • Experience in application integration with CyberArk AAM
  • Experience in onboarding endpoints to CyberArk EPM
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, PLSQL, UNIX, Active Director, Windows, etc.
  • Experience in the use of CyberArk PACLI and AutoIT to automate tasks related to user and safe management.
  • Experience using LDAP, and Active Directory.
  • SIEM systems, ticketing systems such as Remedy, enterprise monitoring, and alerting using SNMP.
  • Good understanding of SSH, Windows RDP, HTTPS, Dockers, and HTML5.
  • Able to speak fluently in English, Japanese will be added advantageous.
  • Open to travel as and when required for deployment at customer sites
