We are looking for a Business Analyst to work in our Operations area on a banking project. This position requires going to the offices twice a week.

What are we looking for?:

- Knowledge of BCRA regulatory standards and current legislation.
- Knowledge and experience in financial services and digital banking.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Analytical, research and negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Experience doing GAP analysis, recommend solutions, document requirements, create functional specifications and prepare schematics/flowcharts
- Experience preparing user manuals, and other reports.


Main tasks:

- Reveal customer needs at a functional level
- Carry out the analysis and design of the functionalities, using your analytical capacity and your experience within the industry
- Propose improvements and solutions according to the best business practices, respecting legal aspects and current regulations.
- Work as a team collaborating so that the definitions are met in a timely manner.
- Hold meetings with the business
- Document the results in a functional requirement within the project structure.
- Prepare the corresponding user manuals
