What You Will Do:
- Promote Johnson Controls' fire protection solutions to key end users, decision-makers, and influencers within the defined territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local authorities and understand the regulatory landscape relevant to fire protection systems.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and achieve financial targets.
- Coordinate efforts to obtain product and solution approvals from local authorities and end users.
- Engage with existing customers to enhance relationships and identify new project opportunities for fire protection systems.
- Lead the development of the Business Development and Growth Plan for fire protection systems.
What We Look For:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in fire protection sales, specifically within the Oil, Gas, or Marine sectors.
- Strong understanding of fire protection equipment and systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve goals and objectives.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
