The Business Support Specialist is a crucial component to ensuring the day-to-day operations of our internal clients run smoothly and efficiently. An ideal candidate for our team would have marketing, event management, or customer service experience, although this is not a requirement. This role requires the ability to work well on a remote team.

What you’ll do…  

  • Organize and coordinate logistics for conferences and large-scale events, including venue booking, travel arrangements, speaker management, and vendor coordination, to ensure a seamless experience for attendees. 
  • Manage administrative tasks that drive efficiency for the Marketing and People & Talent teams. 
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow across departments. 
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and communication for team initiatives. 
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and internal communications. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate project completion and support ad hoc needs. 

You should have 

  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role, ideally within marketing, technology, or related industries. 
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience supporting project planning, scheduling, and managing timelines across teams. 
  • Experience working with multiple departments (such as Marketing and Technology) and supporting team needs across functions. 
  • Strong communication skills to liaise between teams and ensure seamless coordination. 
  • Attention to detail documenting detailed processes and steps to add to internal knowledge bases. 
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
