How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Plan, control and perform all activities related to Service / Product Delivery and Technical Operations according to customer engagements in order to maintain operational integrity and product performance.

Main Accountabilities
Ensure service performance as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Monitor and manage performance KPIs for the service/product in close collaboration with Customer Service.
Manage planning for changes and identify risks in order to maintain operational integrity and product performance.
Change management, assist in diagnosing and resolving incidents.
Ensure continuous improvement in collaboration with services/products managers.

Are you a MATCH?

1. Bachelor’s degree in in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. 2. Good understanding of service management tools 3. Good understanding of IT services, service readiness and the required deliverables / outcomes 4.
