Collaborating with cross-functional global and regional teams, you implement brand strategy that is aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and to deliver business objectives. You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities

How you will contribute

You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you ill help develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

More about this role

Budget and admin Support (20%)

  • Raise and track PO’s, manage budget trackers and ensure timely invoicing
  • Prepare status updates and trackers for internal reviews
  • Support brand performance reviews

Innovations and projects: (60%)

  • Support delivery of PPA’s across portfolio
  • Assist in managing NPD projects
  • Coordinate cross functional inputs ( Supply Chain/ Finance/ Sales)

Brand and Campaign Execution (10%)

  • Support in the rollout of Key campaigns (BTL, Digital, in-store)
  • Manage timelines and agency deliverables under brand manager guidance
  • Monitor Campaign performance and Track KPI’s

Stakeholder and agency management

  • Liaise with agencies to keep campaigns on track
  • Partner with sales/ trade teams to ensure in-store execution excellence
  • Support cross functional collaboration (CP&A, Finance, Shopper, Supply)

Key skills: 

  • This person must have a track record on managing projects and innovations
  • This person must be a good communicator and be able to influence
  • This person must also be able to work under pressure
  • This person must be able to have good stakeholder management skills as they will handle cross functional teams & Senior Stakeholders as they will need to present project status to the Senior LT
  • This person must understand P & L
  • This person must also understand how to put project timelines
  • This person must be an expect in using I2M project system and must have a better understand on how projects work from start to finish
  • This person must also be able to manage budgets
