About Position / Position Summary

Boeing Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA) Supply chain Product Division is currently looking for SAP Order To Cash Functional Analyst (O2C) to join their Sales Fulfillment Product team in Bangalore, India. This position will focus on implementation and support of SAP projects based on S/4 HANA technology.

A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration as this position will focus on working directly with multiple stakeholders including business, solution architects, developers and SI partners to implement SAP projects.

This role will be based out of Bangalore, India.

Position Responsibilities

• Should lead O2C strategy transformational activities and make a significant impact to business performance, driving process standardization and improvements

• Should have experience on SAP Contracts, SAP Pricing, SAP billing, SAP Accounts Receivable, MM, ATP, aATP, overall Sales Order Management

• Should be responsible for delivery, reporting and enhancement of end-to-end Sales Order Management

• Should ensure seamless engagement and interaction with procurement, commercial, corporate and finance stakeholders.

• Should demonstrates deep functional Finance expertise

• Should have experience in designing the global standard processes of Sales Fulfillment end to end

• Responsible for service delivery that drives effective invoice processing, prompt payment to Suppliers and issue resolution

• Provide end to end proactive monitoring and management of transactional pipeline to ensure workload prioritization drives better user experience and on time payment to suppliers

• Should actively engage with global stakeholders, provide the key process statistics, act as a SME, and to act on local/global requirements

• Should translate Functional Specifications into Application Design Documents (ADD), co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionality or enhancements, prepare test plans and test scripts, perform unit tests and integration tests

• Should collaborate with cross functional teams comprising of business SMEs, Architects, Developers and SI’s (vendor consultants) on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current systems

• Identify, recommend and implement complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle configuration to meet business needs; create and update associated documentation

• Participate in the project delivery during testing cycles and lead the root cause analysis and correction of issues

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• 12-16 years of overall SAP experience in finance, accounting in which 8+ years of relevant experience in Order To Cash (O2C)

• Candidate should have done minimum 2-3 implementation projects and minimum 1 E2E implementation project

• Excellent understanding of O2C process design, ERP and related systems and controls, including transactional accounting processes.

• Must have integration experience SAP with non-SAP external systems (finance and controlling areas, Invoicing, etc.) / internal legacy systems

• Sound knowledge of finance and purchasing integration with other modules of SAP

• Exposure to usage of SAP Solution Manager

• Minimum one certification in finance or S/4 HANA is mandatory

• Knowledge and Experience of SAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) development methods

• Strong understanding and experience of SAP testing tools and other SAP line of business products

• Understanding of business functionalities in Aerospace and Defense industry

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience successfully working with colleagues internationally, especially in a highly collaborative manner and culture

Typical Education & Experience:

• Typically 13 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) Preferred, but not required.
