The BI Analyst will be responsible for designing holistic business intelligence, data engineering and analytic solutions, tools, and products. This person will be a leader and critical thinker in their space bringing knowledge of analytics, Power BI and best practices.

As a BI Analyst on the team, you will be on the forefront of solutioning, hands-on data discovery, and unifying analytics across the organization. In this role you are expected to be involved throughout the life cycle of a solution and engage with other teams, departments, and stakeholders.

Communicate with front desk managers, sales leaders, engineers, and other stakeholders across APAC countries to collect business information.

• Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions to improve CoE operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards required for business performance and KPI tracking.
• Create and publish MIS reports.         
• Create forms and formats required to maintain operational data.
• Elicit business requirements from Subject Matter Experts using interviews, document analysis and user story workshops. 
• Understand data standards and identify data abnormalities. Instill data quality in all solutions delivered.
• Design and develop tools that bring process automation for effort reduction and analytical methods for better business decision making.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in commerce, Marketing, Sales, Business Management or Engineering
• Masters/ PG Diploma in Business Analytics
• Min 6-8 years’ experience as Data Analytics preferably in sales or marketing
• Excellent skills in data analytics tools like MS Excel, VBA Macro etc.
• Good knowledge about Microsoft analytics Stack (SQL Server, SSAS Tabular, Power BI, Power Query, DAX, SQL and T-SQL) etc
