About the Role

Customer Centricity - This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.

Provide best-in-class case and operations advisory services for business partners.
Drive operational excellence, strategic process improvements, and cross functional collaboration to ensure all cases are submitted complete, processed efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Drive to provide quality case advisory service to accelerate closing of new business, POS and other top class support
  • Identify needs of selected business partners/ segments; design and provide customized operations support
  • Manage execution of compensation for business partners
  • Onsite advisory and communication with business partners for driving business results
  • Drive implementation and communication of rules and guidelines for business partners to ensure regulatory and inhouse operations compliance
  • Identify improvement areas and drive implementation to ease operations processes for business partners
  • Define and monitor service standards (turnaround times, communication protocols) for each stage of the case lifecycle.
  • Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements
  • Take up ad hoc projects and assignments
  • Drive people development and foster performance driven culture

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University/College graduate with 10 years’ relevant working experience with supervisory responsibilities
  • Strong organizing and management skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Good written and spoken English and Cantonese

 

Others:

  • You are preferred to obtain the license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1, 3 and 5)
  • You are required to acquire the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities
