Currently, we are looking for HR& Payroll Specialist with French

 

Job location:

•    Wrocław or remotely from Poland

 

Main responsibilities

  • Verify the data received from the client is correct and compliant with the procedures

  • data input to SAP & Success Factors following all the rules fixed

  • high collaboration with the team members, it is not a freestanding position

  • self-directed person enjoying calculations, looking for improvements in the process, liking working with  French people and documents in French

  • sensitive to details

  • Capable of working according to a schedule and under time pressure  

Main tools

  • Good Excel skills

  • Outlook

  • SAP SuccessFactors  (preferred but not mandatory)

 

An ideal candidate should have:

  • enthusiasm for working in HR and Payroll stream

  • technical skills

  • very good level of French

  • high analytical skills, mature and responsible for delivering tasks on time and to the highest quality standards
