This role will cover the DACH region and is a remote role. This means your home/remote location is the primary work location. There may however be requirements to attend a Medtronic location or client sites for meetings from time to time, of up to 20% of the time.
There is a facility-based immunization requirement for this position. Therefore, full Measles immunization is a requirement to fill the open position.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Takes responsibility for the Airway product group in the ACM DACH region
  • Leads and coordinates product planning, product launches, product management, market development and market research activities
  • Identifies new marketing opportunities
  • Works individually or with a team on defining strategies, recommending actions, scheduling and planning projects, estimating costs and managing projects to completion
  • Identifies unmet customer requirements and new business opportunities and provides vision and focus to move products from idea to market place
  • Facilitates and coordinates marketing activities within the DACH region to increase customer awareness
  • Engages with Key Opinion Leaders
  • Coordinates product specific trade show activities, develops product specific e-commerce strategies and tracks marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provides recommendations for future marketing promotions
  • Supports the DACH sales team and works closely with European Marketing team on common projects

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • University Degree in Biomedical Engineering or any other Engineering subject
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Knowledge of Airway and Breathing Systems in an Intensive Care Unit Environment
  • Business level German and English language skills
