As we expand our Retail Media business, your leadership will be essential in building and strengthening powerful partnerships with the DACH market’s most important retailers, accelerating growth for both our clients and Criteo.

We’re seeking a fluent German speaker for this role, which can be based in Munich, Berlin, or Düsseldorf.

The role includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership for the Retailer Partnerships organization, guiding your team of senior Vertical Leaders and Customer Success Managers while setting the vision for how we manage and grow our retailer partnerships.

  • Build deep expertise in Criteo’s solution suite and translate this knowledge into clear, compelling value propositions that secure new retailer partnerships and expand existing ones.

  • Establish yourself as a trusted senior advisor to key stakeholders and prospects, creating and maintaining a strong personal network within the Retail Media landscape across the DACH region.

  • Maintain seniorlevel relationships with prospects and clients to influence strategic decisionmaking, and provide leadership in resolving complex issues.

  • Act as a thought leader for Retail Media, shaping perspectives on market opportunities, competitive differentiation, and emerging industry challenges.

  • Own and deliver revenue growth aligned with Criteo’s quarterly and longterm strategic objectives.

  • Elevate team performance by mentoring and developing talent, fostering a highachieving culture, and overseeing forecasting, reporting, and process excellence in partnership with key functions like Revenue Operations and senior leadership.

  • Partner strategically across commercial, technical, legal, operations, and other crossfunctional teams to identify and pursue opportunities.

  • Drive close collaboration with the Demand team covering both our brand and agency business for Retail Media, to unlock incremental, sustainable revenue streams for our retailer portfolio.

  • Build and maintain strong crossregional relationships within Criteo, driving strategic alignment across EMEA and contributing to our regional Retail Media strategy. Cultivate global connections to exchange best practices and leverage insights from markets at varying stages of maturity to accelerate the success of our retailer partners worldwide.

  • Represent Criteo as a senior leader at industry events, trade shows, and executive client engagements to amplify Criteo’s market position.

Who You Are:

  • Strong experience in leading and developing teams, including managing senior professionals in a complex, fastpaced environment.

  • Deep understanding of the evolving local and international Retail Media landscape, along with a clear perspective on Criteo’s strategic position within it.

  • Ideally, you bring an existing network within the Retail Media ecosystem, enabling you to accelerate relationshipbuilding, unlock strategic opportunities, and contribute immediately to Criteo’s market momentum.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence Director and Clevel stakeholders internally and externally.

  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify, evaluate, and pursue complex, highvalue opportunities to drive and scale revenue across both new and existing business.

  • A truly clientcentric mindset, with the ability to listen deeply, understand evolving customer needs, and build longlasting strategic partnerships on behalf of Criteo.

  • Collaborative and highly effective team player, able to build strong, trustful relationships across the organization to ensure alignment and act in the best interest of both Criteo and our clients.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving industry and organization.

  • Highly motivated and solutionsoriented, with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Fluency in both German and English is required.
