Preferred Criteria 

• At least two years' experience as an OR/Surgical Tech in an acute care setting

 

Required Criteria

• Highschool diploma or GED

• Successful completion of a OR/Surgical Tech program

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist by the Association of Surgical Technologist or Surgical Technician by the National Board of Surgical Technician and Surgical Assisting

• Knowledge of Perioperative Nursing Practice & Patient Care
