The Senior Executive, Business Performance Analytics supports the end-to-end analytics and performance management needs of the Partnership Distribution channel. This role is hands-on in data preparation, analysis, reporting, and contributes to process improvements and decision support. The Senior Executive will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and partner bank’s bancassurance team, and will own key deliverables such as monthly business reviews, scorecards, and sales tracking enhancements.
Position Responsibilities:
Data Analytics and Insights
Prepare, cleanse, and analyze complex data sets to produce timely, actionable insights on sales performance, productivity, and KPIs. Implement and monitor data quality controls to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of outputs
Performance Management Routines
Support the monthly business review cadence, scorecards, KPI tracking, and meeting materials for leadership and partner stakeholders. Contribute to forecasting APE, NBV margin, and key financial KPIs, month-end process, and variance analysis.
Process Improvement and Innovation
Propose and implement improvements to data pipelines, templates, and workflows to speed up sales tracking with higher accuracy. Participate in small-scale automation initiatives and documentation of SOPs.
Strategic Support
Assist in customer segmentation work, lead funnel governance, and campaign measurement to support the Bancassurance optimization.
Reporting and Compliance
Prepare internal and external reports as required: ensure confidentiality and compliance with data handling standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Information Systems, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience in sales/ business data handling, reporting, and analytics. Internship experience demonstrating ownership of senior-level responsibilities is valued.
Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, charts) and solid proficiency with Power BI (or similar BI tools).
Basic SQL or data querying experience is an advantage.
Strong understanding of data accuracy, reconciliation, and quality control processes.
