Your mission

As Business Control Digital Transformation Lead, the mission is clear: transform controlling processes and embed new ways of working across our global organization. Acting as the strategic link between Finance and IT, this role leads the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and champions digital solutions that simplify and standardize operations.

What’s part of the role:

• Drive global process standardization, automation, and simplification using SAP best practices.
• Lead the Business Controlling workstream for SAP S/4HANA implementation—from design to deployment and stabilization, with a specific focus on our production units in the upcoming stage.
• Translate business needs into system requirements and secure alignment between Finance and IT.
• Champion change management initiatives and foster adoption of new tools and processes.
• Manage and mentor a team of four Business Control Process Experts.

The location is flexible between our sites in Europe, and you have hybrid work flexibility. You report directly to the Head of Business Control for the division, and collaboration spans across Finance, IT, and Strategy & Transformation teams.

Your profile

Bringing a strong foundation in Finance or IT, combined with deep knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), sets the stage for success. Experience in ERP implementations – especially SAP S/4HANA – and a track record of driving digital transformation programs adds real value. Fluency in English and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes are essential. A university degree rounds out the formal requirements.

Success in this role comes from curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset. Building trust, influencing across functions, and leading with clarity are key. Thriving in a fast-paced, global environment while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution makes all the difference.
