As Business Control Digital Transformation Lead, the mission is clear: transform controlling processes and embed new ways of working across our global organization. Acting as the strategic link between Finance and IT, this role leads the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and champions digital solutions that simplify and standardize operations.
What’s part of the role:
The location is flexible between our sites in Europe, and you have hybrid work flexibility. You report directly to the Head of Business Control for the division, and collaboration spans across Finance, IT, and Strategy & Transformation teams.
Bringing a strong foundation in Finance or IT, combined with deep knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), sets the stage for success. Experience in ERP implementations – especially SAP S/4HANA – and a track record of driving digital transformation programs adds real value. Fluency in English and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes are essential. A university degree rounds out the formal requirements.
