We are now accepting applications for our Stryker Advanced Operations (AO) Global Engineering Development Programme (AOGEDP) – to begin in September 2026.
Advanced Operations (AO) is Stryker’s function that specialises in new product introductions across all of our divisions. The “AO Global Engineering Development Programme” is a 20-month structured programme that provides participants the opportunity to be part of a global team, with exposure to cutting edge technology varying from traditional manufacturing processes to additive manufacturing and robotics, as well as interactions with market leading Product Development, Quality Assurance and Operations teams from across the 9 Stryker divisions. The programme focuses on developing the skillsets, mindset and toolkit of each participant to enable them for success within Advanced Operations to support our wider business to be successful.
During each rotational assignment participants will be responsible for:

Candidates must be recent graduates of Engineering studies by September 2026
To be a self-starter with demonstrated efficient work methods, analytical & problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
The individual should enjoy working in a fast paced, dynamic and results orientated team environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively work cross-functionally and with global teams.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, product, and process design.
Please note: the Graduates will be hired on a full-time permanent contract
