Primary Function:

The Associate Analyst shall work with cross functional teams in identifying constraints or gaps in any manufacturing areas or processes, address root causes and recommend process and systems improvement to address the gaps to ensure delivery of ADI parts. Escalate issues to SCM management on actions to resolve issues or requiring decisions for issue resolution.

Knowledge, skill and abilities:

• Collaborative and knows how to motivate cross functional teams towards a common goal.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail oriented and highly Analytical & organized.

• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment to quickly analyze situations and make informed decisions.

• Working knowledge of SAP S4/Hana, Oracle SQL, Tableau or Power BI would be an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Perform deep dive root cause analysis of delivery / manufacturing performance to identify “areas of concern”. 2. Analyze and identify potential delivery risk and operational performance and provide weekly highlights. 3. Identify process/system gaps through A3 and drive improvement and permanent fix. 4. Present findings and recommendations to different levels of management for decision and issue resolutions. 5. Lead cross-functional teams to resolve known issues with the goal of improving performance. 6. Take ownership and responsibility for defined role rather than allowing others to dictate outcome. Driven and result-oriented with customer satisfaction in mind.
7. Ensure the company’s commitment on environmental management, health and safety is observed and performed.
8. Be aware of the company’s quality and environmental policies.

Educational Background:


• Graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Industrial / Production Engineering or any supply chain, business, engineering, or a related discipline.
• With industry certification or good scholastic record is an advantage.

Experience:

• 0-1 year experience in semiconductor supply chain or factory planning role, with manufacturing exposure.
