Responsibilities

• Engage with Chairs, Deans and faculty leaders to promote the INSTEP initiative and garner their support and buy-in for the outreach strategies and activities

• Collaborate with PACE, Schools and Colleges to develop tailored outreach strategies for Masters and PhD programs

• Identify and connect with Indonesian universities for outreach and recruitment activities

• Work with partners to create compelling marketing materials including digital campaigns and brochures

• Coordinate planning and execution of overseas outreach activities

• Streamline the application process in collaboration with relevant offices

• Set measurable KPIs for outreach activities and track progress using specific metrics

• Monitor outreach activities and prepare reports on lead generation and enrolment outcomes

• Conduct surveys to gather feedback and evaluate outreach effectiveness

• Formulate narrative comprising success stories to demonstrate qualitative impact of outreach efforts

Requirements

• A recognized university degree in business administration or marketing

• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience preferably in the tertiary education sector

• Excellent planning and organization skills

• Possess good communication and writing skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office application software

• A good communicator and team player who is able to engage multiple stakeholders
