  • Le profil discuté est un Head of Distribution / Account Manager entre Farmer & hunter ayant 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de l'assurance. (RC, RC Pro , D&O, Cyber securité )
    Il aura en charge la gestion du portefeuille de client existant ainsi que son développement.
  • Maîtrise courante du Français et de L'Anglais.
  • Excellente connaissance du marché local ,de ses acteurs et bon tissu relationnel
  • Esprit entrepreneurial, autonome et orienté résultats  et sachant travailler en équipe
  • Fortes compétences commerciales et relationnelles.
  • Capacité à développer une activité / un bureau local.
  • Sens de la négociation et orientation client.
  • Profil :
  • 5 à 10 ans d’expérience auprès d’un agent, courtier ou Cie d’assurance dans les matières recherchées
  • Juriste ou économiste de formation
