Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Solution Architecture Manager to join our team at Richmond, VA office. The SAP Solution Architecture Manager will lead a team of SAP Solution Architects, Analysts and be responsible for designing and developing SAP solution designs that meet business needs, including the selection of appropriate SAP modules, configurations and customizations. This individual will engage with various stakeholders, leaders and clients to gather business requirements, align them with SAP capabilities and identify potential solutions.\

Core Responsibilities

• Build robust relationships with leadership and teams in Enterprise Applications and Business operations as well as the supporting enterprise ecosystem teams to ensure content, methodologies and materials align with their priorities
• Define the strategy/roadmap for Technical Enablement and tactfully manage competing priorities to meet all stakeholder needs
• Drive team success by leading and mentoring a group of SAP solution architects. Provide clear guidance, support and constructive feedback ensuring high performance and accountability within the team
• Play a key role in the recruitment process by participation in interviews and helping to select top talent for SAP - related positions
• Collaborate with business leaders, clients and IT teams to understand requirements, provide updates and resolve concerns. lead regular meetings presentations to communicate project status and advancements
• Capture and analyze business needs, align them with SAP capabilities and develop innovation solutions
• Offer expert technical guidance to configuration and development teams, ensuring SAP solutions are implemented effectively and adhere to best practices
• Strategically customize SAP applications to fit specific business processes while ensuring compatibility with future upgrades
• Define and implement data models and structures within SAP systems, maintaining high standards of data consistency integrity and quality
