Overview of Role

During your internship in our Swiss Investment and Portfolio Advisory team, you will work closely with experienced professionals on daily activities and real-world projects. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in portfolio management, client advisory support, and market analysis within a multinational work environment in Geneva.

You will have your own tasks and responsibilities and also help us in the ongoing administration. This internship will last for nine months with a start date in April 2026.

Responsibilities

• Help to prepare regular portfolio reviews and bespoke portfolio proposals
• Prepare materials associated with new client pitches
• Interact with specialists in the research departments
• Compile and write monthly market summaries
• Support in the translation of Advisory publications
• Update our investment universe on a regular basis
• Review and improve our internal tools and task automation
• Apply Microsoft Office and VBA in the day-to-day work

Education and Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or completed a University degree (Bachelor or Master)
• Ideally gained first exposure to investment or portfolio advisory topics
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and VBA
• Interest in financial markets and investment solutions appreciated

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required

• Fluent in English and French; additional languages (German) are an advantage
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with sound judgment
• Team-oriented and collaborative
• Open-minded and adaptable to change
• Well-structured, organized, and detail-focused
• Accuracy and reliability in handling data and tasks
